Thank you for your interest in the Fred C. and Mary R. Koch Foundation. Because of the high volume of inquiries received, the Foundation requests that you carefully read and follow the information provided prior to submitting a grant proposal.

Grants

Funding Process

The Foundation accepts and reviews proposals to ensure they meet the guidelines detailed below and fall within the focus areas of the Foundation. If a request meets the guidelines, further evaluation of the proposal is provided to determine whether it fits the Foundation’s priorities.

In the course of evaluation, Foundation staff may find it necessary to gather additional information regarding your proposal, funding history, significant accomplishments, etc. Due to the large volume of unsolicited proposals, please allow six weeks for review of the submitted materials and response by the Foundation.

Although proposals are accepted throughout the year, the majority of grants are awarded annually in December. It is recommended that proposals be submitted by October 1 to be considered for current year funding.
